I’m Tali Rose and I’m passionate about supporting others through movement, mindfulness, and embodiment.
Based in Tunbridge Wells, I offer both yoga classes and therapeutic movement classes—two distinct yet complementary practices that help cultivate strength, balance, and inner awareness.
Yoga classes
My yoga classes are rooted in the Iyengar tradition, blending dynamic and restorative asana, breathwork, and meditation. I focus on alignment, precision, and accessibility, ensuring that students of all levels feel supported in deepening their connection to body, mind, and heart. I use props to enhance stability for beginners and encourage deeper exploration for experienced practitioners. My approach is designed to calm the nervous system and promote ease, balance, and renewal.
Movement Classes
Separate from my yoga offerings, my therapeutic movement classes focus on creative, mindful, and expressive movement. Influenced by Amerta Movement and my background in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, these sessions offer a space for free exploration, self-expression, and deep connection to the body. They are ideal for those looking to use movement and dance as a tool for joy, self-discovery, creativity and transformation.

A HOLISTIC APPROACH
My integrative approach to wellness honours the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, recognising that true healing occurs when we address the whole person. Whether through yoga asana or embodied movement practice, my sessions are guided by compassion, empathy, and a deep reverence for the individual's journey towards wholeness.

DANCE
In addition to my yoga practice, I am a certified Dance Movement Psychotherapist (MA), using movement as a therapeutic tool for healing and self-expression. Through guided movement explorations, improvisation, and creative expression, I help individuals tap into their body's wisdom, release emotional blockages, and cultivate greater self-awareness and acceptance.
